how long does it take to get an order?
Usually takes 1 to 3 days on slow season and up to 5 days on busy season
how long will it take to have my order deliver?
Your order will be ready to be shipped in about 1 to 3 business days,

All personalized Items has a no refund or exchange policy, but if you have an issue with your order, contact me as soon as 3 days from the day you received your package.
Can you do a Rush order on ribbons? and price?
Most of customers need their order fast, specially for funerals I do my best to have it ready in 2 to 3 days and offer only express mail for faster deliver.

for non personalized or custom items are accepted withing 15 days of delivery date. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed once we receive your return or exchange.
RETURN SHIPPING. Item be returned/exchanged because they are defective or damaged, will include a pre-paid shipping label.
